Did you know that Workbooks can be integrated with Google in more ways than you might think?
2 Factor Authentication
With security in mind, it's now possible to link your Google login to authenticate with Workbooks for a 2 Factor Authentication secure login.
Google Apps & Docs
Workbooks can be linked with Google Docs to help produce documents based on objects within Workbooks. This can be Quotes, Contracts and so on.
Google Apps can also be launched from inside Workbooks in context with records.
Gmail
Emails can be attached to records in Workbooks using the Email DropBox. Workbooks can be setup to send emails from you Gmail account.
Google Calendar
You can create meeting and invites in Workbooks that are then synced to your Google Calendar.
The Google calendar will send out the invites and deal with the responses. The attendees and whether they are attending or not is looked after in the Google calendar and synced into Workbooks. You can then see the meeting attendees and the status of each in Workbooks.
Google Analytics
You can use the Web2Lead feature within Workbooks to integrate with Google Analytics. You can then collect information on how visitors land on your website.
