You may have read in the news about a major worldwide IT outage affecting Windows PCs and Servers. We understand that the cause is still to be confirmed, but may relate to an update by cybersecurity firm, CrowdStrike.
Please be assured that the core Workbooks service is not affected by this issue. If, however, you have integrated the Workbooks platform with systems that run on Windows (and the system has been affected by the issue), you will find that the integration doesn’t work.
