GoldHook - New addon for GoldMine, opening up endless integration possibilities!

GoldHook is a 'RestAPI' for GoldMine.  GoldHook provides the foundation to integrate your existing GoldMine installation with your own web site's forms, shopping carts, as well as popular online tools like Zapier (that's the big one), Microsoft Flow, IFTTT, Tray.io, Integromat, Automate.io, Workato -- and many more!  It's hosted on your own IIS server and provides functions that external services can call to:

• Create or Update contact records (primary or additional!)
• Add a note to an existing contact
• Create or Update scheduled activities
• Create or Update detail records
• Create or Update history records
• Attach an Automated Process to a contact
• Check to see if an e-mail address or phone number already exists in GoldMine

System Requirements:
GoldHook depends on the same underlying IIS functionality that GoldMine Connect does. For now, refer to the GoldMine Connect installation guide for prerequisites/configuration details. (GoldHook-specific IIS documentation is still a work-in-progress at this time.)

This option offers a seamless and secure remote access experience, with support for multiple monitors, clipboard sharing, and other advanced features. GO-Global can be especially useful for organisations with a distributed workforce or remote teams accessing GoldMine from various locations, and wanting a lower cost alternative to Remote Desktop.

4. GoldMine Web
GoldMine Web is a web-based interface included with GoldMine that provides remote access to essential CRM functionality. However, GoldMine Web may have limited functionality compared to the full desktop application.

IntelliClick 2020.1.5 version is now available via Wizard Systems. The next time you open IntelliClick, you may receive a notification of the update OR you can update now by clicking here and following the instructions on our download page. See highlights of this version new features and enahncements below.

If you have upgraded or plan to upgrade to the latest GoldMine release, please note that GoldMine 2018.2.0.xxxx or later has introduced several security features. As a result, it is likely you must adjust settings in both the IntelliClick Listener & IntelliSend modules, Click here to access a special PDF document to help guide you on these changes.

The Event Registration module has been enhanced to now allow event details to be displayed on the landing page and be part of the "Add To Calendar" link which adds this information to the event registrant's calendar (Outlook, Google, etc.).

For Premium version users, a new Event Registration & Reminder Messaging option now allows instant event registration from your web site to capture new contacts. This feature works similarly to the "one click" instant registration, accessed directly from links you put on your web site, on social media or in your emails. A sequence of custom email messages you create are sent before and after the event which also include special links for adding the event to the recipient's calendar.

IntelliClick version 9.8.6 just released for GoldMine

This latest IntelliClick release introduces the ability to Create Dynamic Campaign Names. Now you can include data from GoldMine, appended to the campaign name, to track by that dynamic value. Examples of how this could be used include passing data from a field where you store sales rep, industry or other values and then view results based upon that field value. Results can be readily viewed in both the IntelliClick dashboards and reports. This feature is included with the PLUS or Premium subscription.

IntelliClick is GoldMine 2018.2 Ready!

It is important to note that the upcoming update release of GoldMine 2018.2.0.xxxx will be introducing several security features. As a result, it may be nessary for you to adjust some settings in both the IntelliClick Listener, IntelliSend module, Database access for use of SQL queries and Crystal Reports to insure those elements continue to function correctly. The change most likely to impact your IntelliClick setup relates to the password for the user CLICKS that is used as part of our connection to the GoldMine database when reading or updating information. Changes that you may need to make to that user password will require at minimum that this be updated in both the IntelliClick Listener and the IntelliSend module.
