GoldMine tip - how to display more recently viewed records

To increase the number of 'recently view records' in GoldMine Premium

-Log into GoldMine
-Select.. Tools | Options | System
-Change the number in recent items
-Select ok

Now as you view further records, GoldMine will add them to the 'recently view items list' (top left corner of your screen) until you reach the set limit.
