Mine the Gold out of GoldMine with Wizard Systems one hour webinar

Attend our one hour on line training session on Friday 23rd October at 2pm (UK time) and see how you can get more information and KPIs out of GoldMine like:

The training course will cover use of GoldMine’s built in Report Writer (not Crystal Reports) and its various Analysis Screens.  We will go through how to run reports, restrict what data you want to report on, and how to create new reports.  Attendees should already have a good knowledge of GoldMine.

All you need to attend this Training session is access to the Internet!  You will be able to hear our Trainer either via your PC Speakers, a headset connected to your PC or by dialing a local phone number (not premium rate!).
 
The cost of the one hour training session is £25 exc VAT for clients who have a software support contract with Wizard Systems, or £35 exc VAT if you do not have a contract with us.  This will be invoiced to your company after you attend.

GoldMine Tip - How to amend an existing Record Alert

Record Alerts are used for all sorts of things in GoldMine for alerting a User with a pop up message to do with a customer.  Here's how to amend an existing Alert...


 -    Launch KnowledgeBase
 -    Expand KnowledgeBase | System | Contact Alerts
 -    Select the alert you wish to Edit 
 -    Edit the content of the Alert in the right pane of the window
 -    Click on the Save button to save the alert
